Orders & payments


At Mineralissima, you can place an order 24 hours per day. You can do this as a guest (without account) or registered customer (with account). Placing an order is a simple, 5-step process. This steps that you go though are as follows:

Step 1: Your basket

- You choose a product and quantity.

- You place the product in the basket with one mouseclick.

- When you are ready with shopping, you click on the basket on the upper right hand corner of the screen. You will see an overview of your orderered products and can now complete the order. Have you changed your mind about something? You can easily delete products from your by clicking on the little cross next to the item. You can also amend the amount of the products on this page. If you are happy with everything, click on the “Checkout”-button.

Step 2: Your details

To send your order as soon as possible to you we need your address. Be sure to carefully and correctly complete this information to avoid delays and incorrect deliveries.

Step 3: Choose a shipping method

The next step is to indicate the desired shipping method with the associated shipping costs. You can choose from PostNL standard shipping or a registered shipment.

Step 4: Choose a payment method

Choose how you would like to pay. You can choose to pay directly via iDEAL (for your dutch customers), prepayment by bank transfer, credit card (Visa & Mastercard), Mister Cash (Bank contact for our customers from Belgium) and Paypal.

Step 5: Check and finalise your order

The final step is to check the order. You should also accept the terms and conditions before you can place your order. If you agree, click "Place order". If you have chosen a payment method that have to be paid directly, such as iDEAL, you will be redirected to the payment environment of our Payment Provider after you have clicked on the “Place order”-button.
